STRIPING EQUIPMENT

	The newest striper available from EZ-Liner's arsenal of striping equipment is the Self-Propelled Ride-On pavement striper. This unit has an airless paint system with a skipline controller and forward carriage design. Comes with choice of chassis as well as an intercom system, and hand spray capability can be added for legend marking. Capacities range from 20 to 75 gallons or more. Includes transport trailer.
	EZ-Liner manufactures both airspray and airless walk-behind stripers, used to stripe parking lots, city streets, runways, and highways. Sports complexes also utilize these stripers in their athletic field marking for track, baseball, soccer, and football fields. These stainless steel units are compatible with both conventional and new technology marking materials, including high solids, acrylic latex paints along with alkyd and rubber base traffic paints.
	Since the mid-80s we have been the industry leader in the intermediate striper market and the innovator of the airless palletized pickup striper and palletized stencil unit. Our pickup striper paints streets up to 15 miles per hour and stripes airport lines up to 36 inches wide. Configured for both single and dual operators, this striper is used for new construction as well as temporary and permanent striping. This airless striper is available in conventional or stainless steel, waterborne (latex compatible) configurations. Our palletized stencil unit is ideal for government subdivisions or contractors to easily paint all kinds of legend markings and stencils.
	We offer truck-mounted stripers for city, county and state highway painting. Airless and airspray designs are available in conventional or stainless steel, waterborne-compatible configurations. Capacities range from 120 to 2,000 gallons of traffic paint, with up to 8,000 pounds of glass beads and striping speeds of 5 to 35 miles per hour. New technology in electronics and airless spray are introduced continuously as the industry evolves to more durable and environmentally-friendly products.
